To start a return, please contact us at info@thepearljewelers.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

Please return the item using an insured, prepaid shipping service.
